After a few weeks I plan to go to a less drastic keto plan where I make the recipes that contain veggies and things like coconut and almond flour, but for now I am eating meat, eggs, and cheese only. Looking for a very specific simple Keto/IF/OMAD meal plan! Keto OMAD Meal Plans Meal 1 400g eye fillet, seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked nicely on a cast iron skillet after being basted in butter and garlic.

I’m not saying you can’t have success if you have a high carb meal but ideally your OMAD meals is a high fat, low carb, and moderate protein meal.
